Earn up to 3.51% AER (Variable) on Notice Deposit

A Notice Deposit works like a fixed term deposit but with important differences:
- With a fixed term deposit, you usually only get your interest at maturity.
- With a Notice Deposit, you earn interest daily, so your savings grow day by day.
- If you want to take your money out, just give us 95 days’ notice.
The rate is variable, not fixed: - If the rate goes up, you normally enjoy the new rate from the next day.
- If the rate goes down, you’re protected — the new rate only takes effect 109 days later.
🔹 How Notice Deposits Work
A Notice Deposit is simple: you save your money in the account, and if you want to take it out, you just let us know in advance — 95 days’ notice. There’s no fixed end date, so your savings keep earning interest every day until you choose to withdraw.
🔹 Can the interest rate change?
Yes. If we increase your rate, the higher rate usually applies from the next business day.
If we decrease your rate, you’re protected — we’ll give you at least 109 days’ notice before the lower rate takes effect. If you decide to withdraw, your usual 95-day withdrawal notice still applies.
🔹 Why savers choose Notice Deposits:
✅ Daily interest — growth you can see every day
✅ Variable rate — quick benefit if rates rise, protection if they fall
✅ Flexibility — no fixed maturity, just plan ahead with notice
✅ Protection — eligible deposits covered by FSCS up to £85,000
