FAQs

To create a Payment Link, please follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your account. Upon logging in, navigate to 'Get Paid' and select 'Create Payment Links'.
  2. Select Create Payment Link.
  3. You may customise your Payment Link by adding optional details such as:
    • Payment amount (fixed or leave blank for the payer to enter an amount)
    • Payment description
    • Customer details
    • Business logo or image
    • Expiry date
    • Maximum number of payments
    • Email notification to your customer
    • Choose the account to receive the payment (Only 'Paid into‘ field is mandatory).
  4. Preview the Payment Link to ensure the details are correct.
  5. Select Create to generate your Payment Link.
  6. Share the Payment Link by copying the link, downloading or sharing its QR code, or sending it directly to your customer via email if notifications are enabled.

Your customers can then use the Payment Link to make a GBP payment directly to your selected iFAST Global Bank account.

  • Share the QR Code linked to the Payment Link.
  • Send it automatically by email if you enable customer notifications in payment link details.
A Payment Link is a secure, shareable link that allows your customers to make GBP payments directly to your iFAST Global Bank account from supported UK banks.  
Your customers can make payments from supported UK bank accounts can use the Payment Link to send GBP payments.
