What to do if you have lost your token or password?
If you have lost your token or forgotten password, please drop us an email to  clienthelp@ifastgb.com.

If this is happening within 1.00am to 5.00pm GMT or 2.00am to 5.00pm GMT+1 (BST), you may utilize our chat function to get connected to our customer service team for quicker response.

As soon as iFAST Global Bank receives this information, we will arrange for your token to be replaced or your password to be reset as appropriate.
