Web Portal

2. Go to 'Payment & Transfer' and select 'Domestic Payment'

Mobile App
1. Login into mobile app
2. Go to 'Payment' and select  select 'Domestic Payment'
Ultimate Debtor is referring to the individual or company who is actually paying for the transaction or where the fund originally comes from. 

Ultimate Creditor is referring to the individual or company who is ultimately meant to receive or benefit from the fund.

Typically, when sending funds in currencies other than Sterling within the UK, the payee can expect to receive the payment in 3 - 5 business days after your instruction has been processed.
