Ultimate Debtor is referring to the individual or company who is actually paying for the transaction or where the fund originally comes from.

Ultimate Creditor is referring to the individual or company who is ultimately meant to receive or benefit from the fund.

No, there are no charges for depositing into iFAST Global Bank account.

However, please note that the rates mentioned in our Fee Information Page apply exclusively to iFAST Global Bank and do not include any charges that may be imposed by corresponding banks for incoming funds (if applicable).

Before issuing transfer instructions, we recommend consulting your remittance bank about the charge option (e.g., SHA or OUR) to gain a clearer understanding of any expected fees.

Typically, when sending money outside of the UK, the funds will be received within 3 to 5 business days after we have processed your instruction.
