FAQs

Internet Access is not required when making purchase via Apple Pay. However, Internet Access is required during setup or refresh the information of your past transaction in Apple Wallet.
Yes, you can use your Multi-Currency Debit Card with Apple Pay for both online and in-store purchases when it is linked to your Apple Wallet.
If you are only replacing your card, there is no need to link it to Apple Pay again, it will continue to work as usual. 
However, if your card is terminated and replaced, you will need to link the new card to Apple Pay again.
Freezing your physical debit card will not block Apple Pay — you can still use Apple Pay for payments as usual. 

However, if you freeze online payments, this will also block transactions made through Apple Pay. 

If you suspect that your card details have been compromised, we strongly recommend you to terminate and replace your card immediately through our app or website for security reasons.
